Russell Palmer III is an author, speaker, and educator whose life and message center on redemption, freedom, and the transforming power of God’s grace. Known for his raw honesty and faith-filled storytelling, Russell shares his journey of struggle, deliverance, and restoration to inspire others to believe that freedom is possible.

For years, Russell quietly battled a hidden addiction to food, wrestling with emotional eating, shame, and deeper struggles with identity and mental health. At age thirty-six, his life changed dramatically when he suffered a near-fatal widowmaker heart attack—a moment that became the turning point of his story.

Through God’s relentless grace, Russell experienced both physical survival and a profound transformation of heart and purpose. What followed was a journey of healing, surrender, and spiritual renewal.

Today, Russell speaks with transparency and hope, helping others confront the lies that keep them bound and discover the freedom found in Christ. His message is simple but powerful: no one is too far gone for the grace of God.

Russell lives in Colorado with his wife Sarah, a Physician Assistant, and their two children, where they continue to testify of God’s goodness and redeeming love.
